Brian and I have made it to a few baseball games this summer! They've been so much fun!!!


We went to a Kinston Indians game. That was cool. It had been years since I had been to one of their games.

The Kinston Indians are a farm team of the Cleveland Indians which is one of Brian's favorite teams.We also went to a Mud Cats game.















My daddy came with us too! I loved spending time with my
two favorite guys!

Old Friends

Since moving back to NC I have had the great privilage of reuniting with old friends from college. I also had the chance to mend some old friendships (which ment the world to me). Not much has changed since college, except getting married and having kids, but everyone was still very much the same, just enhanced with their new roles. So, here are some pictures!

Hilton Head

We went to Hilton Head with my parents for a long weekend over Memorial Day.


We spent a lot of time riding our bikes around. It was loads of fun.



We also saw lots of wild life!!!!

















We played a fun game of putt-putt (Simmons vs. Olivers). We won't talk about who won.



One evening we went out and sailed on the Welcome. It was great. We actually could see Savannah and Tybee Island off in the distance. It was very romantic!!

Brian's First Race!!

Brian and I went do to run the Oak Island Lighthouse 5K on April 12th.

We had a little run in on the way down. Luckily we still made it there.

Brian and I had a great race! I am so proud of him. We ran the whole race, finished and came just seconds from our goal time.

Afterwards we hung out in Southport and took the ferry over to Wrightsville Beach.

We also had a family picture taken.

Family

Getting married means getting some new family members. I love all of the Simmons! So I thought I would introduce them to you...

This is Brian and his mom Angela, she is so precious. I love her!

This is my father-in-law Curtis and my nephew Bladen, Bladen just turned 5!

This is Travis and Becky, if you can't tell Travis and Brian are brothers (Travis is younger). I've really had a lot of fun getting to know them.

This is Jaxon at his 3rd birthday. He's Travis and Becky's youngest.















This is Judy, she is my step mother-in-law. Judy also has a daughter, Lisa and son, Ray. Ray has three kids, Courtney, Spencer and Drew. I need to get pictures of them.

Man's Best Friend

I came into this marriage with what might have been a 60 pound problem. But who can't help but fall in love with my big fury baby? Brian and Caswell are inseperable. It used to be that Caz would follow me around the house. Well, he isn't even in the same room with me right now, he is watching the State game with daddy. I do think they have both won each other over. That makes me really happy!!!

Let's Go WOLFPACK!!

We spent most of our Fall weekends at NC State Football games. I am slowly becoming a State fan (unless they are playing ECU). Here are some pictures at some of the games.

Honeymoon!

Our last day there we had a picnic at the Tybee Island Pier and walked to the top of the lighthouse.



We spent one day in Savannah and went on a carriage ride, ate at Lady and Son's (Paula Deen's Restaurant) and went on a ghost tour that night. Savannah is such a beautiful city. The next time we go we are going to go on a Civil War Tour!!

One day we rode our bikes all over the island and got some icecream and went down to the pier.

We then drove down to Savannah GA for a few days. We stayed at this cute little creekside cottage on Tybee Island.


On our wedding night we went to Wrightsville Beach, NC and stayed it the Sunspree. We had a beautiful suite on the ocean!
